1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Chunkz website (chunkzthebrand.com) or placing an order with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or place an order.

Chunkz reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

2. Products & Orders

All product listings, descriptions, and images on our website are for informational purposes only. We make every effort to display colours and details accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your device's screen accurately reflects the actual product.

• Orders are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you place your order, we will contact you promptly.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock discrepancies.
• Once payment is confirmed, your order is considered placed. You will receive an Order ID to track your purchase.
• Chunkz is not responsible for errors made by the customer in the order (e.g. wrong size, wrong address). Please review your order carefully before completing payment.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in your detected or selected currency (NGN, USD, GBP, or CAD). Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged is the price displayed at the time of checkout.

Payments are processed securely through Flutterwave. We accept card payments, bank transfers, and other methods supported by Flutterwave. Chunkz does not store your card or banking details — all payment data is handled directly by Flutterwave.

• Orders are only confirmed after successful payment. Unpaid orders are not processed.
• Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and are non-refundable once the order is dispatched.
• Currency conversion rates are indicative and may vary slightly from your bank's rate.

4. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We want you to love your Chunkz purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

• Defective or wrong items: We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
• Size exchanges: We accept size exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Change of mind: We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selected, or items that have been worn or washed.
• Refunds: Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines and fees are detailed on our Shipping & Delivery page. By placing an order, you agree to the shipping terms outlined there.

• Chunkz is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control (e.g. public holidays, bad weather, strikes).
• For international orders, the customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by their country.
• Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the courier.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including the Chunkz logo, product images, text, graphics, and designs — is the property of Chunkz and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without our express written permission.

You are welcome to share links to our website and products on social media, but you may not present our content as your own.

7. Prohibited Use

When using our website, you agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
