Yes. Once your payment is confirmed, an order confirmation is automatically sent to our team who will follow up with you directly via the contact details you provided at checkout.
Orders are only processed after full payment is made. Once your payment clears, your order enters our production queue and is attended to in the order it came in. Please ensure payment is completed at checkout to avoid delays.
We currently deliver across Nigeria. International shipping to the UK, US, Canada and Other Countries are available. Please contact us via our contact page for international orders and pricing.

Once your order is dispatched, we'll contact you with a tracking number via WhatsApp or email. If you haven't received tracking details within 3 business days of payment, please contact us.
We attend to all orders in the exact order they come in, no order jumps the queue. This means if orders were placed before yours, they will be fulfilled first. You can select your size before placing your order by checking our Size Guide, which has full measurements for every product category from XS to XXL in both cm and inches. Simply find the size that matches your body measurements and add it to the Description / Clarity Note field at checkout.
Absolutely. If you're unsure which size to pick, you can send us your exact body measurements directly in the Description / Clarity Note field when placing your order - chest, waist, hips, height, or any relevant measurements and our team will match you to the best fit before your order is processed.
For tops, hoodies, and sweatshirts: your chest circumference and height are the most useful. For bottoms and tracksuits: your waist circumference and height. For crop tops and tanks: your bust and shoulder width. The more you include, the better we can advise you.
All items are available in all colors, just specify your color preference in the Color Preference field at checkout. Please note: black and white are for basic mockups only and may look slightly different on the final product. For any specific shade or tone, feel free to describe it or send a reference image after ordering.
Absolutely. If none of our existing designs suit you, you're welcome to send your own design, logo, or inspiration image. Simply place your order and send the reference to us via WhatsApp or email afterward. We'll work with what you send to create something you'll love.
Yes — all shirts can be cropped to your preference. Just mention your desired crop length in the Description / Clarity Note field when placing your order and we'll cut it accordingly.
Yes! We offer plain clothing as well. If you want a garment without any print or design, simply note "plain" in the Description / Clarity Note field at checkout and specify your preferred color and style. You will be given a discount for plain items.
